Right to rectification (Article 16)

Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Right to erasure / “right to be forgotten” (Article 17)

Request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations (see Section 5).

Right to restriction (Article 18)

Request limitation of processing in certain cases.

Right to data portability (Article 20)

Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where applicable.

Right to object (Article 21)

Object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to balancing tests.

Automated decision-making (Article 22)

DQS scoring is automated but described in public documentation. You may request human review of decisions significantly affecting you where GDPR requires.

Withdraw consent (Article 7)

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Include: your registered email, username (if applicable), and a clear description of the request.

Response time: 30 days, extendable by up to 60 days for complex requests under GDPR.

Section 5: Data we retain legally

Some data must be retained by law and may override erasure requests, including:

  • Tax records: up to 10 years (Czech tax law).
  • Anti-fraud / security records: as required (often several years).
  • Commercial / accounting records: commonly up to 7 years for dispute and tax purposes.
